Built business, with two partners, from ground up, including finding and leasing facility, overseeing brand design and concept, and targeting demographic. Responsibilities included managing 15 part- and full-time employees; client relations; scheduling; and the writing of all memos, mass emails, flyers and announcements designed for staff and clients. Sold business in 2007.
